There is nothing more frustrating than spending days creating a product, writing a sales page, promoting your product, and then finding that people won’t buy what you are selling. If you have had a difficult time getting people to buy your product, here are 4 steps that will help you out. Create Audio or Video Promotions The Internet is becoming more and more personal, and people want to learn who is behind your website. If you have not promoted your products through audio or video, then your competition is winning. It is so easy and inexpensive to create recordings that you really have no excuse not to do it. Put A Picture Of Yourself On Your Website This falls inline with people wanting to learn about you. Online buyers want to know who they are buying from. My advice – place a picture of yourself on the top left of your website. In your picture, your shoulders should be angled toward the right of your page. Be sure to smile! People want to do business with friendly sellers. Use Conversational Language Don’t try to impress your reader on your sales page. You don’t want to impress – you want to sell. There is a huge difference. Use words that people understand. Use short and direct sentences. Don’t over-complicate your sales page. Just write normally. Add A Signature Add a digital signature to the bottom of your sales page. This is simple to do and is another way of adding a personal touch to your website. |
